Location and Schedule
Location: Lisboa, Portugal
Schedule: Full-time | On-site
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies focused on the corporate segment
- Identify new business opportunities with companies and corporate travel agencies
- Manage and expand the client portfolio, creating solid and lasting relationships
- Monitor market and competition trends, proposing actions that strengthen our position
- Represent the group at trade fairs, events, and commercial visits
- Work closely with the marketing and revenue teams to maximize results and profitability
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in the hotel sector and in a multi‑unit environment
- Good knowledge of the corporate market in Portugal
- Strong negotiation and communication skills and a focus on results
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages are an advantage)
- Proactive, autonomous, and team‑oriented person
- Availability for travel in Portugal and abroad
- Experience with international brands will be valued
