A prestigious hotel group is looking for a Senior Sales Corporate Executive (M/F) to develop the commercial strategy for the corporate segment.
Location: Lisboa, Portugal
Schedule: Full-time | On-site
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies focused on the corporate segment
- Identify new business opportunities with companies and corporate travel agencies.
- Manage and expand the client portfolio, creating solid and lasting relationships.
- Monitor market and competition trends, proposing actions that strengthen our position.
- Represent the group at trade fairs, events, and commercial visits.
- Work closely with the marketing and revenue teams to maximize results and profitability.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in the hotel sector and in a
- unit environment. - Good knowledge of the corporate market in Portugal.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills and a focus on results.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages are an advantage).
- Proactive, autonomous, and
- oriented person. - Availability for travel in Portugal and abroad.
- Experience with international brands will be valued.
