Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)
As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 5 to 7 years of experience, you will drive revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting, events, and inbound inquiries. You will utilize a combination of human expertise and AI-assisted intelligence to enhance research, outreach, and pipeline acceleration — helping to identify

Responsibilities
Utilize phone, email, and social media channels to prospect and engage with potential customers.
Leverage Salesforce , Sales engagement tools like Salesloft or Outreach , data tools , and Linked
In Sales Navigator to effectively generate, manage, and track leads and opportunities.
Conduct thorough research — supported by AI — to identify and prioritize target accounts and
- makers within those accounts.
Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns , using AI to assist in content generation and messaging optimization to increase response rates.
Collaborate closely with the sales and corporate marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and strategies.
Support

Act as a trusted advisor to prospects by understanding their business challenges and positioning our solutions as valuable resources.
Use AI-driven insights and analytics to accelerate the sales pipeline, track engagement, and improve conversion efficiency.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualification
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
5 to 7 years of experience in sales development or business development roles, preferably in the Saa
S or technology industry.
Proven track record of success in lead generation and qualification, consistently meeting and exceeding quotas.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and proficiency in using Sales engagement tools such as Salesloft or Outreach , data tools , and Linked
In Sales Navigator.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and use AI tools for research, content creation, and performance improvement.
Language proficiency: Fluency in English is required; Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.
