As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist - Corporate Account, your responsibilities will include:

1. Coordinating demand creation and revenue fulfillment
2. Conducting operative sales operations activities
3. Maintaining data in a
   - specific Access database
4. Creating presentations and reports
5. Supporting price negotiations
6. Contributing to sales planning and process optimization

In your new role, you will:

• Support demand creation and revenue fulfillment with account management for a major automotive customer worldwide
• Perform operative sales activities like sample management, order processing, sales planning, account clearing, overdue payment clarification, creating debit & credit notes, and processing inquiries
• Create analyses and reports using BI tools such as SAP, proprietary reporting tools, and MS Office
• Assist in preparing and executing annual price negotiations, analyzing customer data
• Support sales planning for specific business units
• Help optimize sales processes and suggest efficiency improvements
• Act as a knowledgeable resource for internal stakeholders and customers, building trustful relationships globally

You should have a passion for sales operations, a structured business mindset, and a
- oriented attitude that motivates others.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, purchasing, or
  - facing roles in B2B, preferably in automotive or semiconductor industries within a global company
• Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
• Expertise in MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills with complex data
• Technical understanding combined with commercial and communication skills
• Willingness to travel, e. g. , 2-3 months to Germany
• Full proficiency in English; German is a plus
