Position Purpose
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Senior Sales Representative is responsible for executing company strategies in the point of sale. The role drives negotiation with selected customers, activates new Bayer selling standards, and ultimately delivers sales targets (sell‑in, sell‑out and market share) while adhering to DSO principles.
Major Tasks And Responsibilities
- Execute impactful in‑store activities that meet customer needs and achieve sales targets, focusing on planograms and key priority brands for sell‑out.
- Ensure correct POS segmentation and follow the designed route‑to‑market to maximize effectiveness for Bayer and customers.
- Identify online business development opportunities in pharmacies within the territory (omnichannel).
- Develop long‑term partnerships with customers, focusing on joint value creation at POS and outperforming competition.
- Drive customer‑centered sales to build strong, sustainable and mutually profitable relationships.
- Deliver on activation‑planning objectives (coverage, frequency and visit steps) at all POS, adhering to visit standards.
- Collaborate enthusiastically across functions and contribute to important cross‑functional projects.
- Demonstrate clear understanding of product efficacy, usage, key competitors, and benefits within the category.
- Value‑add to the company’s success by achieving the main objectives of the function.

Qualifications
- Higher education, preferably a university degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Health with a solid track record of delivering targets.
- Strong knowledge of the digital environment at the user level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese, good in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver commitments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging and executing.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent objection‑management at technical and emotional levels.
- Financial acumen.
- Results‑driven mindset.
- Strong planning skills.
- Scientific product knowledge and ability to train pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
