YOUR ROLE

• Take the lead in implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions in Sales or Service Cloud to meet clients’ specific needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and the technical environment.
• Design, build, and deliver customized solutions using Salesforce and connected technologies.
• Provide daily administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
• Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration.
• Conduct process analysis sessions and develop technological solutions.
• Identify project issues and risks, presenting alternatives to resolve them.
• Promote best practices and security guidelines.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least years of experience with Salesforce implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce features and capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to provide training and guidance on Salesforce administration and implementation best practices.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (must)
• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certification (preferred)
