What are you going to do?

• Provide guidance and support in the rollout and improvement of global processes and applications within Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud;
• Gather requirements, design, and implement tailored Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices, including solution design and system customization;
• Advise on technical topics related to Salesforce as well as connected areas such as mobile apps and web portals;
• Collaborate closely with business teams, stakeholders, and project managers in both national and international initiatives;
• Stay engaged in Salesforce-related events and commit to ongoing professional development in the Salesforce ecosystem.

What are we looking for?

• A university degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related discipline. Applicants with equivalent Salesforce expertise gained through professional experience are also welcome.
• 3-7 years experience in designing, deploying, and managing Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud solutions.
• Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flow, as well as in configuring complex Salesforce environments.
• Strong IT orientation with solid knowledge of Saa
  S, databases, and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking,
  - solving ability, and a collaborative mindset.
