YOUR ROLE

Lead the development team in the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Translate business requirements into
- architected solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
Develop custom solutions and user interfaces using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.
Provide detailed effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate associated benefits and risks.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to design standards.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and support manuals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce system aligns with the company’s business processes.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and features to provide guidance on best practices.
Mentor and oversee the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

YOUR PROFILE

Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

Proven experience in technical leadership and managing development teams.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development and architectural best practices.

Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively.

Relevant Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator).

Additional Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are highly desirable.
