We are seeking an experienced and passionate Salesforce Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses
- depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing, and Salesforce Analytics. This position will require strong analytical,
- solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and other development teams.
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I & II), Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Administrator preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing, and Salesforce Analytics.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Deep knowledge of information technologies (Database, Business Intelligence, Networks, Web & Integration software).

Nice to have:

• Experience with customizing Digital Engagement.
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
• Experience with developing smart Chat Bots.
• Understanding Online travel business.

Responsibilities:
1. Solution Development:

• Design, code, test, debug, and maintain Salesforce CRM applications based on the functional and technical requirements.
• Build and customize Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other tools that maximize system performance and capability.
• Integrate Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, and other API methods.

2. Functional Design:

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and map out Salesforce features and functionalities needed.
• Translate business requirements into
  - architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform.

3. Analytics & Reporting:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor and analyze data.
• Implement Salesforce Einstein Analytics solutions, creating insightful dashboards and AI-powered apps.

4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Ensure the functionality of the developed solutions by creating and executing unit tests.
• Resolve defects/bugs during QA testing,
  - production, and
  - release patches.

5. Best Practices:

• Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to determine standards and practices.

6. Training & Documentation:

• Provide
  - user training on new and existing features.
• Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and Salesforce configuration
