Key Responsibilities

• Implement the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for our clients.
• Build, test, execute and optimize customer journeys and marketing campaigns.
• Work with customer data to create segments and data models that meet client requirements.
• Create content personalization using AMPscript.
• Automate processes within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Advise and consult our clients on best practices of the platform.
• Conduct workshops with project partners.

Ideal Candidate

• Fluent English language skills, spoken and written.
• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Additional knowledge of SAP Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Adobe Experience Platform.
• Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Team player with a friendly attitude.
• Ready to accept new challenges and not seeking routine work.
• Experienced in communicating technical aspects to internal and client teams.
• Familiar with Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, IP
  - up, Audience Segmentation, Omnichannel Customer Journeys, Data Modelling.
• Knowledge of Java
  Script, experiences with APIs and Postman.
• Interest or experience with Marketing Cloud Personalisation (MCP) or Data Cloud.
