Senior Salesforce QA Management (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon or Porto)

Responsibilities

• Participates in the implementation of the quality standards for Lead to Cash project (CPQ-CLM) based on DTS Quality Centre of Excellence (Co
  E) standards
• Directly supervises the quality assurance team (Manual testers & Automation engineers) & Test coordinators
• Maintains solution consistency throughout the product cycle, including design, define and build phases through quality checkpoints and testing
• Organizes and manages regular meetings with Business partners, functional teams, solutions teams and QA team
• Trains and supervise QA team, project teams and business counterparts concerned by L2C project on quality procedures and tooling
• Monitors quality testing and identifies gaps in the testing process
• Manages planning, supervises preparations and executions tasks concerning all testing phases including data management
• Interacts with QA Center of Excellence (Co
  E) managers concerning code metrics, platforms and tooling aspects
• Supervises defects, triage and lifecycle with business counterparts & solution teams and coordinates correction actions and
  - offs
• Defines, supervises and delivers quality reports, status updates and documentation
• Collaborates with Release managers on quality assurance activities
