Randstad Portugal is recruiting a Senior SAP Analytics Cloud & Datasphere Specialist for our client, a leading company in the Automotive industry sector. In this role, you will play a key part in the newly established “Integrated Planning Tool Competence Center” within the Finance department. You will work closely with various controlling teams and the financial reporting unit at the company's headquarters in Munich. Additionally, you will liaise regularly with the IT department, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across functions.

Responsabilidades chave

• Ensure consistent application of standardized processes and procedures within the organization
• Clarify business requirements, evaluate
  - benefit impacts, and prioritize incoming demands
• Develop technical concepts that align with business needs and financial objectives
• Manage authorization settings and maintain mapping tables for system accuracy
• Prepare and deliver effective user training sessions to support adoption of new tools
• Provide and maintain financial data to support reporting and planning activities
• Design and implement data models in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Offer technical expertise and support in resolving complex issues
• Oversee transport management and testing processes to ensure system reliability
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and actively contribute to innovation and process improvement initiatives

Competências

• University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in planning, reporting, or analytics projects and processes
• Solid understanding of business planning and reporting workflows
• In-depth expertise with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Hands-on experience with SAC planning models, including the implementation of data actions
• Familiarity with SAP BW is considered a plus
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex challenges
• Self-driven, structured, and focused on achieving results
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and strong persuasive skills
