Main Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Success
  Factors implementations, configurations, and optimizations;
  
  
• Translate HR business needs into effective and scalable system configurations;
  
  
• Deliver compliant, reliable, and
  - performing HR cloud solutions;
  
  
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to enhance HR processes;
  
  
• Ensure ongoingsupport and maintenance of Success
  Factors solutions to maximize system reliability and user satisfaction;
  
  
• Integrate SAP Success
  Factors with SAP ERP/S4HANA and
  - party applications;
  
  
• Provide expertguidance across multiple Success
  Factors modules.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in SAP Success
  Factors implementation, configuration, and support;
  
  
• Strong knowledge of at least two Success
  Factors modules (e. G. , Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, Learning);
  
  
• Solid background in HCM solutions and HR process optimization;
  
  
• Experience with integrations to SAP ERP/S4HANA or external systems;
  
  
• Strong communication,
  - solving, and stakeholder management skills;
  
  
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Certifications in multiple SAP Success
  Factors modules;
  
  
• Experience in global or
  - country rollouts;
  
  
• Knowledge of People Analytics and Workforce Planning.
