You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers or internal teams. Your primary focus is resolving issues related to software applications, systems, and technology solutions. You will support Solution Owners in solution analyses, design, development, and testing as appropriate depending on priority. This role also involves documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of application support processes. You will work closely with
- users, IT teams, solution analysts, application developers, and external partners to resolve issues, enhance performance, and ensure optimal functionality.

Role Details
Senior SAP Support Specialist to join our Tech
Hub. Location: Lisbon. Employment type: Full-time. Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for software applications, systems, and technology solutions.
- Assist Solution Owners with solution analyses, design, development, and testing as needed by priority.
- Document processes and maintain clear records; monitor and continuously improve application support procedures.
- Collaborate with
- users, IT teams, solution analysts, developers, and external partners to resolve issues and optimize functionality.
Qualifications
- Experience in solution support or a related IT role.
- Experience with

- end business processes and application configurations. - Fluency in English.
- Proficiency with software applications, operating systems, and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with effective communication.
- Excellent
- solving abilities and attention to detail in documentation. - Ability to collaborate across
- functional teams; adaptable to changing technologies and requirements. - Analytical mindset to identify patterns in technical issues; strong time management to handle multiple requests.
