Senior Scrum Master/Product Owner

YOUR ROLE

• Help teams organize themselves and work together
• Oversee sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives
• Resolve conflicts and impediments that could hinder the team's progress
• Facilitate daily
  - ups and other meetings, ensuring clear communication across teams
• Mentor team members and other Scrum Masters
• Advocate for agile methodologies and best practices
• Track and report on team progress, challenges, and changes

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline
• Experience with project management and agile systems
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev
  Ops, or similar tools
