We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to guide and support our agile squad.

What you'll do:

- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective implementation of Agile principles within the team.

- Oversee sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Identify and resolve impediments to keep the team focused and productive.

- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization.

- Ensure clear and effective communication across the squad and broader teams.

- Assist in onboarding new team members, ensuring they integrate smoothly into the Agile framework.

- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to challenge ideas and propose solutions.

- Participate in and support broader Agile events within the organization, such as Scrum of Scrums and Quality Assurance Planning (QAP).

What you will need to bring:

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

- Strong
- solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.

- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating rigor and commitment to team success.

- Curious, proactive, and always seeking innovative solutions.

- Critical and constructive thinking when analyzing solutions.

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

What will be valued:

- French language skills are a plus.

- Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).

- Familiarity with standard security protocols such as SAML2, OIDC, etc.
