Part of Strategy & Technology, Group Security is Nokia’s central knowledge center responsible for Nokia’s cyber security policies and standards, the cyber security architecture and roadmap, and the monitoring, alerting of security incidents. We partner with the Nokia Business Groups and Central Functions on product security, customer security, and interact with governments on security regulations. Together, we take care of Nokia’s security culture, processes, systems, products, and services to position Nokia as a trusted partner for the 5G era and beyond.
The Group Security SAS Analysis & Advisory team is in charge of the security prevention area, supporting IT and the business by assisting in building a strong line of defense, detecting security issues proactively, conducting technical activities to prevent cyber security incidents, and ensuring the implementation and verification of cyber security controls aligned with company policies and guidelines. This includes performing risk analysis and providing security advisory on various information security topics.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
Are you passionate about performing security assessments and solving problems? As part of our team, you will:
- Perform security assessments and audits on new or existing solutions, for IT and business groups, including activities like divestitures and solution analysis, following a secure by design approach.
- Translate security strategies into requirements and use cases, including operational requirements like threat modeling and alerting rules.
- Provide security consulting and advisory to Nokia IT, Business Groups, and Corporate Functions to ensure compliance with Nokia Security Policies.
- Provide feedback to suppliers and propose actions to mitigate solution shortcomings.
- Support Nokia teams in security best practices, including during contract negotiations and mergers & acquisitions.
- Act as a Trusted Security Advisor across various security domains such as Zero Trust Architecture, IPv6, IAM, cloud & network security, application security, AI technologies, and more.
- Detect security flaws in digital solutions and recommend secure,
- efficient solutions by performing architecture assessments and staying updated on attack tactics. - Define and introduce innovative security solutions into Nokia’s infrastructure, including activities like strategic planning, design, testing, and delivery.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Proven expertise in cyber security domains like endpoint security, application security testing, ERP, and cloud security.
- Strong knowledge of public cloud solutions,
- cloud environments. - Practical knowledge of network security, vulnerability testing, and remediation.
- Experience securing application, database, and infrastructure systems, especially ERP/SAP.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in English.
It would be nice if you also have:
- A degree or master’s in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related fields.
- Cyber security certifications like CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, or GCP Cloud Security Engineer.
- Attention to detail,
- solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. - Strong technology insight and understanding of how technology enables business transformation.
