We are looking for a Senior Service Owner for this project!
Responsabilities
Ensure service performance meets SLA and KPI targets
Analyze technical data to identify areas for service improvement
Communicate effectively with both technical teams and management
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment with business goals
What are we looking for?
Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e. g. , ITIL) and Change Management processes
Experience with Microsoft licensing administration and compliance
Solid understanding of core IT components: security, databases, and servers
Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI
