We are looking for a Senior Service
Now Administrator to join a dynamic and innovative international team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Service
Now platform, ensuring efficient IT service management and process optimization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and implement Service
  Now solutions according to business requirements.
• Customize and enhance Service
  Now modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.
• Manage performance tuning, troubleshooting, and platform upgrades.
• Work closely with
  - functional teams to align ITSM processes with ITIL best practices.
• Support integration projects using SOAP, REST, and MID Server protocols.
• Contribute to the automation of workflows and processes within the platform.

Profile

• Proven experience in Service
  Now administration, configuration, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks.
• Knowledge of ITOM, ITBM, or related Service
  Now modules (preferred).
• Familiarity with automation tools and Service Management Tools (SMT) beyond Service
  Now.
• Excellent analytical,
  - solving, and communication skills.
• Service
  Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certifications are highly valued.
