We are looking for a Senior Service
Now Developer with strong
- on experience building, optimizing, and maintaining applications on the Service
Now platform. This role is fully focused on end-to-end development, advanced scripting, integrations, and application architecture.

What You Will Do

• Develop and enhance scoped applications, flows, automation, and platform customizations.
• Build and maintain integrations (REST, SOAP, Scripted APIs, MID Server).
• Create and optimize Service Portal components (widgets, UI pages).
• Implement secure and scalable solutions using ACLs, roles, and governance best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high platform performance.
• Contribute to CI/CD, ATF, code quality, and version control (Git).
• Collaborate with architects and guide junior developers when needed.

What You Need

• 6+ years of
  - on Service
  Now development experience.
• Strong experience with Java
  Script, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, Integration
  Hub, and Service Portal.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or App Engine / Scoped Apps.
• Solid understanding of architecture, performance optimization, and platform best practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a distributed team.
• Fluency in English.

Certifications

• CSA – required
• CAD – strongly preferred
• 1+ CIS (ITSM, HR, CSM, or ITOM) – preferred
• CTA – nice to have
