Senior Service
Now CMDB System Administrator

Location :

Lisbon

Hybrid:

2 - 3 times a week at the client’s office

Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal

Mandatory Languages Required:

We’re searching for a Senior Service
Now CMDB Administrator to take ownership of our Configuration Management Database. This is for someone who lives and breathes CIs, knows what good data hygiene looks like, and has a sixth sense for keeping environments stable and scalable.

Your Skills & Expertise:

✅ Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in Service
  Now CMDB configuration, administration and usage
• Strong knowledge of CMDB configuration and integrations
• Understanding of Service
  Now ITSM processes
• Experience troubleshooting system issues, investigate and recommend permanent solutions
• Experience collaborating with IT teams as ITSM process owner, other Service
  Now admins, developers and Business Analysts, CMDB users
• Experience in Java
  Script, HTML, XML, REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• ITIL Foundation certification
• English level B2–C1
