Responsibilities

• Proven ability to design, configure, and implement advanced Service
  Now solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, App Engine, GRC, or Integration Hub.
• Strong project management skills: autonomy, proactivity, and consistent delivery under demanding schedules.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver projects effectively within time and quality constraints.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of
  - on Service
  Now experience across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, App Engine, GRC, or Integration Hub.
• Proven ability to design, configure, and implement advanced Service
  Now solutions.
• Strong language skills: Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Availability for hybrid work (at least 2 days per week in Lisbon or Porto).
