Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Service
Now Consultant to join our team.

• Defining and implementing technical and business requirements to implement the Service
  Now platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, etc. );
• Acting as a senior developer across all aspects of Service
  Now project and solution delivery;
• Overseeing application and workflow configuration;
• Developing
  - specific reporting processes and integration components;
• Providing trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance;
• Working closely with Service
  Now technical teams;
• Contributing to clients' business development;
• Supporting the management team;

Requirements

• Academic education preferably in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields of study;
• At least 3 years of Service
  Now technical experience;
• Proven experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SPM, Integration Hub, App Engine or GRC products in Service
  Now;
• Project management skills: autonomy and proactivity, conducting analysis from beginning to end and structuring the final deliverable fulfilling demanding plans;
• Full Portuguese and English Proficiency.
