Now Developer (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon).

Responsibilities

• Participate in Service
  Now implementations and integrations with other enterprise systems (JDBC, MID Server, REST APIs).
• Contribute to modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, PA.
• Work with Business Rules, Workflows, Client Scripts, and UI Pages.

Qualifications

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience in Service
  Now implementations
• Mastering Business Rules, Workflows, Client Scripts, and UI Pages
• Proven track record in integrating Service
  Now with other enterprise systems (JDBC, MID Server, REST APIs)
• Experience in specific Service
  Now modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, PA)
