Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver enhancements and new capabilities on the Service
  Now platform to meet evolving business needs.
• Provide Level 3 technical expertise to resolve complex incidents and ensure platform performance, stability, and security.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and drive continuous platform optimization.
• Ensure developments follow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
• Contribute to solution design reviews and mentor junior developers to strengthen team capability.

Qualifications

• Background in one or more Service
  Now modules such as CSM, ITSM, HRSD, HAM/SAM, or UI Builder – each is highly valued.
• Service
  Now certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – CSM/ITSM/HRSD/HAM-SAM) are a plus.
• Experience in Service
  Now development (ideally 5+ years).
• Proficiency in Java
  Script and Service
  Now-specific scripting.
• Strong communication skills in English and a proactive,
  - centric mindset.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow within the Service
  Now platform.
• Openness to collaborate, share knowledge, and contribute to a strong team culture.
