THE ROLE
We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as a Senior Service
Now Developer for an international project.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Contribution to the collation and the definition of functional requirements (workshops with end users, specifications documents);
• Advanced integration & developments (enhancements, bug fixes);
• Platform administration and support (maintenance, upgrades, incident management with Service-Now & other internal teams);
• Documentation writing (dev procedures, user guides, admin guide);
• Support to the Platform advanced Country touchpoints;
• Organisation of training sessions.

• Academic degree in IT or at least 5 years of expertise on IT field;
• Technical and functional expertise on Service
  Now (mandatory);
• Experience in Javascript, REST/SOAP, Jelly;
• Mastering of Servicenow Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM and IRE mechanism;
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Fluent in French and/or Spanish (highly valuable);
• Very good Expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel and Power
  Point;
• Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in a
  - cultural environment.
