? We are looking for a Senior Service
Now Developer.

Main Skills:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Service
  Now platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Customize and extend Service
  Now applications using Java
  Script, Jelly, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform configuration tools.
• Develop and optimize automated workflows using Flow Designer to streamline business processes.
• Manage and enhance the CMDB and CSDM models, ensuring data integrity and alignment with ITIL standards.
• Implement and troubleshoot the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) to maintain accurate CI data.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams (technical and functional) in a multicultural environment, providing support and expertise throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and performance tuning.
• Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders in English, and optionally in French and/or Spanish.

Essential:

• Technical and functional expertise on Service
  Now (mandatory).
• Including :
  
  Javascript, REST/SOAP, Jelly.
• Mastering of Service
  Now Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM and IRE mechanism.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Fluent in French and/or Spanish (highly valuable).
• Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in a
  - cultural environment.
