We are looking for a Senior Service
Now Developer to join our Client's team on a highly flexible hybrid / remote working model from Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of complex Service
Now solutions.

Take ownership of advanced development tasks using Service
Now, ensuring
- quality technical delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into effective Service
Now configurations.

Work with Service
Now modules, including ITSM, HR, and CSM, to deliver business value.

Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices within Service
Now development.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service
Now Developer.

Proven expertise in the design and delivery of complex Service
Now solutions.

Hands-on experience with ITSM, HR, and CSM modules.

Advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
