What you need to join us:

We’re looking for a Senior Signaling System Engineer with expertise in ETCS (European Train Control System) to join a passionate railway engineering team in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETCS signaling solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ERTMS standards and safety protocols.
• Handle system architecture, integration, validation, and RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) aspects.
• Conduct requirement analysis, system specifications, and safety assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective system integration.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in railway signaling engineering, including proven ETCS/ERTMS experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and
  - solving skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese (native or
  - native); English proficiency is a plus.
