Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact and leader for platform incidents, ensuring swift resolution through collaboration with engineering teams and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor application and infrastructure health, analyzing trends, and implementing measures to prevent incidents and enhance reliability.
• Address complex technical issues across the stack, leveraging analytical and technical expertise to identify root causes and execute solutions.
• Develop tools and scripts to automate tasks, optimizing processes, and improving operational efficiency while enhancing system resilience.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Dev
  Ops.
• Incident management expertise, including triaging, escalation, and resolution of high‑severity outages.
• Solid knowledge of at least one coding language (e. g. , Python or Java) for automation and debugging.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively in fast‑moving environments.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
