We work in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications. Our responsibilities include:

1. Applying scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems.
2. Being responsible for the development and application of software engineering practices and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance.
3. Exercising original thought and judgment, and supervising the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
4. Building skills and expertise in software engineering to meet the standard skills expectations for the role, as defined in Professional Communities.
5. Collaborating and acting as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced SOA Developer to join our team in Porto for an impactful project with a client in the Healthcare sector. You will mainly be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions based on
- oriented architecture (SOA).

Your Profile

• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• 8+ years of experience in SOA development;
• Strong knowledge of SOA concepts and principles;
• Hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, OSB, ESB);
• Proven experience in Java development, especially in backend or
  - focused projects;
• Proficiency in XML, XSD, WSDL, XPATH, and JSON;
• Web services knowledge (REST, SOAP);
• Fluency in Portuguese.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other SOA platforms (e. g. , IBM, Mule
  Soft);
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns;
• Experience with Dev
  Ops practices and tools (CI/CD, version control, automation);
• Solid skills in PL/SQL and understanding of database concepts and performance tuning;
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies;
