About Responsibilities

As a member of our Expertise Development Pole, you will play a crucial role in driving expertise development across various domains, accelerating KLx’s transformation, and fostering innovation.

Our initiatives, such as Learning Paths and K-Techs communities, are designed to support these goals.

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Software Architect will be responsible for developing and supporting the expertise development across KLx, blending technical excellence with passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Explore emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions that add value to the business.
• Lead technical decisions in projects involving cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), promoting best practices and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participating in all phases of the software lifecycle, from conception to
  - production monitoring.
• Define development standards and guide teams on best practices across multiple languages and frameworks, both frontend (React, Angular, Vue) and backend (Node. Js, Java, Python).
• Integrate and orchestrate containerization platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes to guarantee efficient and reliable deployment of solutions.
• Design and evolve scalable architectures for enterprise applications, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Ensure security best practices are followed across all platform components.

About You

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
• Proven experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on expertise with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Practical mastery of backend languages such as Node. Js, Java, and Python.
• Strong experience with containerization platforms, especially Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, CI/CD, and process automation.
• Ability to assess technical and business
  - offs, applying principles of scalable and sustainable design.
• Strong technical curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new tools and industry trends.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and adaptation to dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and
  - technical teams.
• Autonomy in
  - making and initiative to propose and experiment with innovative solutions.
• Critical thinking and the ability to challenge the status quo based on sound reasoning.
• Appreciation for collaborative environments, respect for diverse ideas, and openness to knowledge sharing.
• Mandatory: English C1+
• Nice to have: French B2+
