How you create impact

• Management of compliance for large software vendors.
• Handling of global software audits.
• Regular preparation of compliance reports.
• Providing reports and key figures on software usage for the SAM Office management and other leadership levels.
• Development and optimization of processes for automatic generation and control of compliance reports.
• Knowledge transfer, including maintaining documentation and procedures related to software procurement.
• Optimization of software usage at Kuehne+Nagel.

What we would like you to bring

• Preferably extensive experience in Software Asset Management.
• Solid
  - year experience with software audits for major vendors like Microsoft and Oracle.
• Experience in presenting key figures to different target groups.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach.
• High level of technical expertise in server and client environments.
• Good communication and persuasive skills combined with intercultural sensitivity.
• High level of dedication, flexibility, and reliability.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
