Job Description

As a Senior Software Business Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and market success of Infineon’s Software Ecosystem. Your role focuses on developing and executing
-
- market strategies and ensuring the digital accessibility of the software ecosystem.

In your new role you will:

• Develop and execute a
  -
  - market strategy for the Software Ecosystem, aligning with Infineon’s semiconductor sales goals and broader business objectives
• Ensure that software ecosystem offerings are digitally accessible on Infineon’s platforms, including the #New
  Web and digital commerce platforms
• Advocate for
  - service capabilities to enhance the developer and customer journey
• Define a concept for indirect channel enablement, creating a scalable approach for integrating software ecosystem sales into their workflows
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to define and implement measures for the
  -
  - market strategy
• Collect feedback and monitor adoption metrics to refine
  -
  - market execution and identify areas for improvement in ecosystem usability and sales enablement
  
  

Your Profile

You bring a sharp analytical mindset along with strong communication skills. You are
- oriented, thrive in
- paced environments, and enjoy working across cultures and departments to drive impactful results.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

• A master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of working experience in
  -
  - market strategy development, sales enablement, or digital platform management
• Experience in the semiconductor or software industry, particularly with developer ecosystems or indirect sales models, would be an advantage
• Knowledge of software licensing models and digital workflows
• Experience working with distributors or indirect channel partners
• Proven track record of success in delivering results in a
  - paced, dynamic environment
• Proven ability to work across teams and align stakeholders around a shared strategy
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
