Position: Experienced Test Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced test engineer who is collaborative, enjoys working in a
- product environment, excels in improving test processes and execution, and is eager to find and report good bugs.

What You’ll Do

1. Automate tests using tools like XCTest, XCUITest, or
   - party frameworks (e. g. , Appium, Py
   Test).
2. Debug and troubleshoot issues related to mac
   OS-specific behaviors, kernel extensions, drivers, or sandboxing restrictions.
3. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues, validate fixes, and ensure compatibility with new mac
   OS versions.
4. Manage hardware environments (e. g. , Mac Minis, Mac
   Books, VMs) for
   - version and regression testing.
5. Execute manual and automated test cases, uncover, document, and track defects.
6. Be
   - driven to improve test case execution efficiency and test coverage.
7. Work within an agile development environment, collaborating with developers and project managers to deliver quality software iteratively.
8. Participate actively in process and methodology improvements to enhance testing effectiveness.

Skills You’ll Need

• Strong knowledge of mac
  OS internals, system logs, and diagnostic tools.
• Experience with
  - based tools (e. g. , Console, sysdiagnose, dmesg, spindump).
• Programming and scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Swift preferred) and version control (GIT).
• Experience with Azure Dev
  Ops or similar tools (TFS, Team
  City, Jenkins, Git
  Lab).
• Experience with virtualization environments such as VMWare or Hyper-V.
• At least 5+ years of relevant work experience, including test automation.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e. g. , Jenkins, Git
  Hub Actions).
• Experience with mobileconfig, MDMs, or Endpoint Security Framework (ESF).
• Good
  - oriented programming knowledge.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Networking knowledge (REST API testing, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory).
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
• Enterprise administration skills such as remote deployment,
  - user support, server management, backups, security policies, and networking essentials.
