Senior Software Development Lead

We are looking for a seasoned senior software development lead to spearhead our team of skilled engineers. This is an exceptional opportunity for a technical expert with a proven track record in software development and leadership.

• Lead and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices by development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Review code and establish coding standards to maintain high software quality, promoting efficient and agile development processes.
• Provide technical guidance to the team, driving continuous improvement and learning.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development (web and mobile), with at least 3 years in technical leadership roles.
• Experience in the financial sector, with knowledge of security standards (TLS, SSL, OAuth, Open
  ID) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Familiarity with API and microservices implementations, as well as frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Node. Js, React. Js, and Bootstrap.

• Ability to design system architecture for Web and Mobile solutions, with proficiency in programming languages:
  
  Java, C, . NET.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes), and knowledge of code quality tools (Sonar
  Qube, Checkmarx) and monitoring tools (Dynatrace).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and management tools (Jira, Confluence), as well as proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
