The Role

You'll work with customers to deliver their production systems using Ambar. You'll turn ambiguous business problems into running software. This role requires both technical excellence and the ability to navigate complex customer environments.

What you'll do:

- Lead customer engagements from requirements discovery through production deployment

- Build applications using Ambar's software frameworks

- Rely on our AI + human in the loop platform to dissect a business, the code it needs, and everything in between

- Extract clear requirements from messy reality - turning scattered customer ideas into coherent system designs

- Feed patterns back to the platform team to shape the product roadmap

What We're Looking For

You ship working systems with a great understanding of how to leverage AI where it's good at, and how to avoid it wher eit's not. You've likely:

- Built and deployed production applications from scratch that have resulted in commercial success

- Worked directly with customers to solve urgent, complex problems

- Thrived in ambiguous environments where requirements emerge through iteration

How We Hire

- Intro call (30 min): We'll get to know each other and sync on what matters to both parties

- Technical conversation (90 min): We'll discuss systems you've shipped and problems you've solved with customers

- Paid trial (2-5 days): Real customer work, real problems, real impact, real compensation. A minimum of 2 days with a fully paid trial.

We decide fast. If you're exceptional, you'll have an offer within a week of starting the process.

- Salary Range: $80K-$150K
