Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the next generation of Five9’s Saa
  S platform, enhancing customer service through AI in Contact Centers.
• Develop highly available, scalable microservices focusing on API Gateway and Developer Portal.
• Stay updated on industry best practices in API management and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure APIs are
  - documented and accessible.
• Design and maintain the API Developer Portal to improve developer experience.
• Implement and manage API Gateway solutions for seamless service communication.
• Configure API Gateway policies, security, and access controls.
• Monitor API traffic to optimize system performance.
• Utilize cloud computing, software technologies, and
  - source tools to solve cloud platform challenges.
• Gain deep knowledge of existing systems and contribute to their design.
• Provide troubleshooting and production support as needed.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Expertise in API Gateway, API/Java/Spring with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience with API Gateway (e. g. , APIGee).
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining API Developer Portals.
• Knowledge of OAuth2 is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support production environments.
