Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Be part of the Outbound Campaigns Team, focused on building the next generation enterprise campaigns management features in the public
   - cloud and
   - cloud solutions.
2. Lead the design, development, and implementation of microservices.
3. Architect scalable and reliable solutions to meet business requirements and work closely with architects to get reviews and present our approach.
4. Lead by example in implementing best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.
5. Contribute to the development of reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and code quality.
6. Identify technical debt and propose and implement solutions for improvement.
7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software engineering.
8. Collaborate with
   - functional teams like Product, Quality, Ops, and other development teams to drive technical initiatives forward.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. 9+ years of technical experience.
3. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex systems at scale.
4. Senior level development experience in Java programming languages, Spring and Springboot frameworks.
5. Strong
   - on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD tools like Git
   Lab.
6. Good knowledge of Elastic and strong experience with database design (both SQL and No
   SQL).
7. Good knowledge of public cloud infrastructures (GCP - Preferred).
8. Strong
   - solving skills and ability to think strategically.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
10. Leadership experience and ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
11. Ability to thrive in a
    - paced and dynamic environment.
12. You understand what it takes to run mission critical software in production.
13. This position requires the ability to be
    - call.
