Senior Software Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure & CI/CD
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong technical leadership skills to play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing infrastructure and software delivery tooling.
Your role
- Working with Infrastructure as Code (Ia
C), using e. g. Terraform or Crossplane to build cloud environments. - Collaborating closely with developers to refine application architecture and deployment strategies.
 - Conducting thorough code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and setting high standards as a role model for engineering best practices.
 - Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
 - Designing scalable CI/CD workflows with Git
Hub Actions, and other tools to ensure smooth integration and release processes. - Researching and implementing new technologies and frameworks to drive innovation.
 - Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner.
 - Providing guidance to development teams on best practices in Dev
Ops, automation, and infrastructure by mentoring and enabling colleagues. - Share lessons learned, best practices, and
- to’s within internal and external communities of practice and actively drive the growth of a strong developer community. 
Your profile
- 4+ years of experience in Dev
Ops or infrastructure engineering roles, focused on automation, deployment, and scalability - ideally within cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. - In-depth knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Bash, Java, or Kotlin.
 - Experience with build automation tools like Gradle, Maven or Bazel.
 - Familiarity with Linux systems, containerization and orchestration tools (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes).
 - Knowledgeable in CI/CD tools and practices, with hands‑on experience in Git
Hub Actions and similar tools. - Ability to work effectively in an agile, cross‑functional environment, collaborating with other developers, QA, and product teams.
 - Ability to coach, mentor and guide teams in Dev
Ops best practices and to inspire colleagues. - Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving ability.
 - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across diverse stakeholders.
 - Proven experience in leading groups of developers in a collaborative way, driving alignment across stakeholders, and setting clear technical guardrails.
