Fidel provides a

Security is an important requirement for Enigmatic Smile and Fidel API, so adherence to our PCI and ISO policies is a must for all requests and actions.

Main Requirements

Objectives of this role

• Writing
  - quality software, that is both scalable and robust
• Conduct Code Reviews; Thoroughly analyse peers’ code submissions, identify potential issues, and offer actionable suggestions for improvement.
• Upholding code and application quality levels including writing automated tests.
• Assist in project planning, solutioning and decision‑making for development initiatives.
• Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement with technical and process matters within the team.
• Ensure security compliance, including best practices for PCI DSS and ISO27001.
• Own the systems you work on, ensuring long‑term maintainability, scalability and reliability

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven experience as a software engineer on designing and developing scalable, high performance software solutions
• Proficiency with Git and ideally Git
  Hub workflows
• Good knowledge of common development languages and tools
• Working knowledge of databases, both No
  SQL/Document and SQL
• Problem‑solving attitude
• Collaborative team spirit

Skills needed by this team

• AWS (we use Lambda, Cloud Formation, Dynamo DB, API Gateway and Step Functions)
