The role:

As a Senior Software Engineer , you will work autonomously within empowered, multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex challenges. You’ll own key areas of the product and technology stack, lead architectural decisions, write
- quality code, and mentor colleagues. Your impact will be felt by millions of users globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable, reliable systems that support high traffic.

• Lead technical initiatives and guide the team on best practices.

• Write clean, maintainable, and
  - tested code.

• Mentor and support the growth of other engineers.

• Collaborate across teams to deliver robust solutions.

• Participate in
  - call rotations and ensure system stability.

Your Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with
  - end programming (e. g. , Golang, C#, Java);
• Experience developing distributed systems and working with messaging platforms (e. g. , Kafka, SQS, Kinesis);
• Solid experience with SQL databases (e. g. , My
  SQL, Postgre
  SQL), No
  SQL databases (e. g. , Dynamo
  DB, Elasticsearch), and caching systems (e. g. , Redis);
• Experience with
  - volume data and access platforms;
• Familiarity with infrastructure and orchestration tools (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes);
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS;
• Knowledge of observability and performance monitoring tools (e. g. , Grafana, Prometheus);
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices, CI/CD, design patterns, and automated testing;
• Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in dynamic and
  - changing environments;
• Strong communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Ability to provide technical guidance, mentor other team members, and contribute to architectural decisions.
