Tasks

• Lead and engage in every stage of the development lifecycle, from defining requirements to delivering demos and final products.
• Work closely with our business specialists to architect the best technical and functional solutions for new features and enhancements.
• Drive the growth and success of the product team by identifying, proposing, and implementing process improvements.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Develop
  - quality Java- and Angular-based digital products, ensuring your code is clean,
  - tested, and maintainable. Take responsibility for the quality and sustainability of the software.
• Collaboratively define and design a robust, modular, and integrated software landscape.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of leading small to
  - sized software development teams in agile environments.
• Strong passion for IT and ability to find pragmatic and innovative solutions.
• Committed to personal growth and teamwork.
• Promote a
  - blame culture, encourage experimentation, and value diverse opinions.
• Extensive
  - oriented programming skills with experience in Java, Angular, Spring, Docker (basics), Open
  Shift, Jenkins, Git, and SQL.
• Expertise in Kafka, API Gateways, Microservices architecture, and Dev
  Ops practices is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of English.
