Tasks:

• Lead and engage in every stage of the development lifecycle, from defining requirements to delivering demos and final products.
• Work closely with our business specialists to architect the best technical and functional solutions for new features and enhancements.
• Drive the growth and success of the entire product team by identifying, proposing and implementing process improvements.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Develop
  - quality Java- and Angular-based digital products, ensuring your code is clean,
  - tested, and maintainable.
• Take full responsibility for the quality and
  - term sustainability of the software.
• Collaboratively define and design a robust, modular and integrated software landscape

Qualifications:

• Academic degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of leading small to
  - sized software development teams in
  - performance, agile environments.
• Strong passion for IT, with the ability to find pragmatic and innovative solutions that maximize business value.
• Committed to evolving both personally and as part of a dynamic team.
• Promote a
  - blame culture, encourage experimentation, and value diverse opinions.
• Extensive
  - oriented programming skills, with several years of successful experience in Java, Angular, Spring, Docker (basics), Open
  Shift, Jenkins, Git and SQL.
• Proficiency with
  - end technologies like Angular and Java
  Script Expertise in Kafka, API Gateways, Microservices architecture and Dev
  Ops practices makes you a highly desirable candidate Good knowledge of English
• Minimum 4 years of experience
