What You'll Do

• Design and implement solutions that ensure robustness, observability, performance, and quality of complex backend systems, across both legacy and modern technology stacks;
• Develop backend services using at least two
  - level programming languages (. NET, Java, Python, Ruby, etc. );
• Automate tasks and processes using shell scripting (Bash, Power
  Shell, etc. );
• Troubleshoot distributed systems with a strong curiosity for their inner workings;
• Contribute to the design, build, and operation of modern distributed architectures;
• Apply solid knowledge of communication protocols in distributed environments;
• Work with
  - relational databases such as document stores (e. g. , Elastic) and
  - series databases (e. g. , Influx
  DB);
• Promote best practices in software development with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance;
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to deliver simple and effective solutions aligned with business vision;
• Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are

• Minimum of 3 years experience in backend software development;
• Proven expertise in at least two
  - level programming languages (. NET, Java, Python, Ruby, etc. );
• Strong scripting skills for automation (Bash, Power
  Shell, or similar);
• Experience in designing, building, and operating modern distributed architectures;
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure automation and provisioning processes;
• Strong understanding of observability principles and tools;
• Deep knowledge of communication protocols in distributed systems;
• Experience with
  - relational paradigms, such as document databases (Elastic) or
  - series databases (Influx
  DB);
• Strong
  - solving and troubleshooting mindset;
• Clear and assertive communication skills, both written and spoken;
• Autonomous, iterative thinker with a pragmatic approach to innovation;
• Portuguese Native.

Nice to Have

• Experience with asynchronous/concurrent programming;
• Knowledge of Continuous Delivery and Dev
  Ops practices;
• Hands-on experience with observability solutions (e. g. , ELK, Prometheus, Jaeger);
• Familiarity with TDD/BDD and test automation;
• Experience designing and defining APIs;
• Knowledge of relational databases (e. g. , SQL Server).
