Glazed Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join Player
Data, our most trusted partner in the sports technology space.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who writes clean, reliable, and
- tested code and who genuinely cares about solving real user problems. You will do more than build features: shape the product, influence technical decisions, and work closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams to deliver meaningful and scalable solutions.

What will you do?

• Develop
  - quality software across the stack, mainly using Ruby on Rails and React Native.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams.
• Lead technical and architectural discussions and decisions.
• Write clear and complete documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and support your peers.
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Continuously improve processes through feedback, testing, and learning.

You should apply if

• You have solid experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks (Django, Laravel, ASP. NET, Nest
  JS, Phoenix, Flask).
• You are comfortable working with React and React Native.
• You communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently.
• You are proactive, value mentorship, and enjoy challenging assumptions constructively.
• You focus on practical,
  - centered solutions rather than purely technical ones.
• You are confident in interacting directly with customers and stakeholders.
• You are comfortable with a hybrid work model, splitting time between the office and remote work.
