The role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work autonomously within empowered, multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex challenges. You’ll own key areas of the product and technology stack, lead architectural decisions, write
- quality code, and mentor colleagues. Your impact will be felt by millions of users globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build scalable, reliable systems that support high traffic.

Lead technical initiatives and guide the team on best practices.

Write clean, maintainable, and
- tested code.

Mentor and support the growth of other engineers.

Collaborate across teams to deliver robust solutions.

Participate in
- call rotations and ensure system stability.

Your Qualifications:

Proven experience designing and building complex backend or
- stack systems, with Go or modern backend languages (e. g. , Kotlin, Java, Python etc. ).

Strong knowledge of system architecture, APIs, databases, messaging, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).

Skilled in CI/CD, automated testing, version control (Git), and security best practices.

Excellent
- solving, ownership, and communication skills.

Experience with Go is not mandatory, but potential and interest in working with it is required.

Bonus: experience with observability tools,
