We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to play a crucial role in shaping and implementing
- edge solutions that drive operational excellence, scalability, and reliability.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of our agile team, contributing to the operational health, deployment, and lifecycle of technology and platform solutions in Körber Pharma Software.

Your role in our team

• Designing and implementing complex backend systems and architectures.
• Leading and mentoring junior developers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Collaborating with
  - functional teams to define technical requirements and project scope.
• Conducting thorough code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
• Optimizing and enhancing existing backend systems for improved performance and scalability.
• Researching and implementing new technologies and frameworks to drive innovation.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with Dev
  Ops teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of backend systems.
• Sharing lessons learned, best practices, and
  - to’s within internal and external communities of practice.
• Providing
  - matter expertise and helping design solutions across hybrid and/or
  - cloud implementations.

Your profile

• 6+ years’ experience as a backend developer, with a focus on designing and implementing scalable systems.
• In-depth knowledge of programming languages e. g C#, Java, Golang, Elixir, Rust, Python, and related technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of frameworks like Spring Boot, REST, Graph
  QL, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes).
• In-depth understanding of database technologies, both relational and No
  SQL.
• Strong knowledge of system design principles, software architecture patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with performance optimization, security, and scalability of backend systems.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Excellent
  - solving and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with
  - functional teams.
• Ability to coach and onboard junior and professional team members.
• Drive small to
  - sized
  - team engineering initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with other languages like Golang, Python, Node, etc.
• Familiarity with Middleware Architecture or Message Queues (Kafka & Rabbit
  MQ is a plus).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Travis, Circle CI, Jenkins, etc.
