About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Software/Product Engineer to help us scale our work to build and scale our category‑defining Platform Orchestrator. In this role, you will share ownership of how our products are built and evolve, contributing to our long‑term vision and the products that help to realize it.

Technology Stack

• Microservices (APIs) written in Go, running on Kubernetes
• Web apps built with React and Type
  Script
• A CLI and ancillary tools/services primarily written in Go
• Pervasive unit, integration, and e2e tests written in Go, Robot Framework, Playwright, and more
• Infrastructure automation in Terraform/Open
  Tofu
• Emerging areas, including chat‑based interfaces built on third‑party LLMs

What You Will Bring

• Excellent communication & collaboration: comfortable working fully remotely, using Git
  Hub, Notion, Slack, Linear, Datadog, your IDE, and more. Own end‑to‑end work, write design docs, and jump on calls when needed.
• Strong problem‑solving and coding skills: value designing solutions to customer problems and implementing clean solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with infrastructure: comfortable with on‑call rotation or day‑to‑day observability tools, and able to debug incidents.
• Pragmatism: balance “perfect” with “good enough” as individual and as part of a team.
• Modern cloud experience: built/running apps on Kubernetes on AWS, GCP, or Azure; familiar with Docker, Ia
  C (Terraform or Open
  Tofu), and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Bias to action: action in fast‑paced, ambiguous environment; take initiative, ask questions, decide pragmatically.

What You Will Do

• Contribute to core product: work across stack – primarily in Go – on services powering our applications.
• Design and refine technical systems: own customer use cases and the systems that power them – microservices, interfaces, tests – ensuring scalability, reliability, and elegance.
• Collaborate closely across disciplines: partner with colleagues to explore problems, prototype ideas, and iterate quickly.
• Improve engineering practices: help continuously evolve thoughtful abstractions, clean interfaces, and solid testing.
