SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

What you will do

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Take ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment and manage software delivery scope, risk, and timeline.
• Contribute to both front‑end and back‑end development using cloud technology.
• Develop innovative solutions using the latest technologies.
• Define and implement robust software architectures on the cloud, with AWS preferred.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency to standard processes.
• Create and maintain documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, and operations.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements.
• Work closely with product team, business team, and other partners.

What we expect of you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum +3 years of software development experience.
• Cloud Computing certificate preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong rapid prototyping skills and the ability to translate concepts into working code quickly.
• Hands‑on experience with various cloud services and a solid grasp of well‑architected cloud design principles.
• Full‑stack software development proficiency; programming languages Python (preferred), Java
  Script, and SQL/No
  SQL.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with API integration, serverless, and microservices architecture.
• Experience in SQL/No
  SQL databases and vector databases for large language models.
• Experience with popular large language models and frameworks such as Lang
  Chain or llama
  Index.
• Experience with prompt engineering, model fine‑tuning, and the deployment of language models.
• Experience with web site development and content localization for different cultures and languages.
• Experience with Dev
  Ops CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Knowledge of design patterns, data structures, test‑driven development, and sentiment analysis techniques.
